(To make it visually easier on both of us, we’ll refer to these entities as “KTS" in this policy.)
All firearms, magazines, receivers, and restricted law enforcement items are sold and shipped in accordance with all existing federal, state, and local laws and regulations. Many of the firearms, magazines, and parts for sale on this website may be restricted or prohibited in your area. Please check your local and state regulations before ordering.
All new firearms are shipped in the original manufacturer's packaging, with magazine(s), accessories and applicable warranty information. Firearms requiring warranty work must be returned to the Manufacturer within 1 year of purchase for repair under warranty. Accessories and Special Order items not normally sold by our store will not be covered under warranty even if these products are part of an integrated firearms package, unless we have guaranteed the entire package in writing. Please contact the original manufacturer for warranty information on all Accessories and Special Order items.
You must be 18 or older to purchase rifle or shotgun ammunition and 21 or older to purchase handgun ammunition. All ammunition will be shipped ground with adult signature required. Always make sure to use the correct ammunition for your specific firearms. Check your local laws for any other regulations.
We use the latest encryption technology to keep your personal information safe. All ordering information - including your name, address and credit card number - is encrypted using a secure server for maximum security. Your credit card and billing information cannot be read as it travels to our ordering system.
We fundamentally believe you will be thrilled with the products you purchase from us. We understand, however, that sometimes a product may not be what you expected it to be. In that unlikely event, we invite you to review the following terms related to returning a product.
For any undamaged product, simply return it with its included accessories and packaging along with the original receipt within 14 days of the date you purchased the product, and we’ll exchange it or offer a refund based upon the original payment method. In addition, please note the following:
For returns to our Retail Store for cash, cash equivalent, and check transactions over $500, we will mail a refund check to you within 10 business days.
KTS may, in its sole discretion, refuse or cancel any order and limit order quantity. KTS may also require additional qualifying information prior to accepting or processing any order. Once we receive your Online order, we’ll provide you with an email order confirmation. Your receipt of an order confirmation, however, does not signify KTS's acceptance of your order, nor does it constitute confirmation of our offer to sell; we are simply confirming that we received your order. KTS reserves the right at any time after receiving your order to accept or decline your order for any reason. If we cancel an order after you have already been billed, we will refund the billed amount.
It is illegal for us to ship firearms directly to anyone not holding an active Federal Firearms License. For this reason, firearms purchased online may conveniently be picked up at our Las Vegas, Nevada store (for Nevada residents only) or shipped to a Federally Licensed Firearms Dealer (FFL) near you. Should you choose to have your firearm shipped, KTS will make every effort to contact you to verify the FFL you selected during checkout before we ship your firearm(s). While we do our best to ship orders from our warehouse or in-store inventory as quickly as possible, sometimes, it may take us between 3 - 10 business days to get a shipment out to you using either UPS, FedEx, or USPS. All items purchased from KTS are made pursuant to a shipment contract. This means that the risk of loss and title for such items pass to you upon delivery to the carrier. Tracking numbers are available for items shipped via UPS and FedEx. We do regret that we cannot ship orders placed in the U.S. to addresses outside the 50 states. Delivery times may vary according to your selected delivery address, availability of your items, and the time of day you place your order. Please be advised that a signature may also be required for delivery. Since the actual delivery of your order can be impacted by many events beyond our control once it leaves our facilities, KTS cannot be held liable for late deliveries. We will, however, work with you to ensure a smooth delivery experience.
KTS offers in-store pickup for many of the items available on the Online Store. Certain products and payment methods, however, may not qualify for in-store pickup. Only you may pick up the item(s) purchased. A government-issued photo ID and order number will be required for pickup. KTS will notify you when your order is ready and the date by which you need to pick up your items. We’ll also send you a reminder or two, just in case it slips your mind. If you don’t pick up your order, we may cancel it.
Once we receive your return, a refund is initiated immediately. If you canceled a pickup item, and you were billed for it, we initiate your refund immediately after you submit your cancelation request. The way your refund is processed depends on your original payment method:
Items ordered online from KTS that arrive damaged or are incorrect can be returned to our Las Vegas, Nevada Retail Store, or by contacting Customer Service at 1-702-359-4859.
KTS sells and ships products to end-user customers only, and we reserve the right to refuse or cancel your order if we suspect you are purchasing products for resale.
Products purchased online from KTS will only be shipped to addresses within the coninental U.S. and may be subject to U.S. and foreign export control laws and regulations. Please contact us for freight quotes for shipments to Alaska, Hawaii, or any US territory where it is lawful to purchase and own . Products must be purchased, sold, exported, re-exported, transferred, and used in compliance with these export laws and regulations.
Given the popularity and/or supply constraints of some of our products, we may have to limit the number of products available for purchase. KTS reserves the right to change quantities available for purchase at any time, even after you place an order. Furthermore, there may be occasions when KTS confirms your order but subsequently learns that it cannot supply the ordered product. In the event we cannot supply a product you ordered, KTS will cancel the order and refund your purchase price in full.
